To be an effective leader, you must earn the power to influence outcomes. especially for the X-Leader, the experience of excellence is fleeting. As soon as the X-Leader achieves a higher level of performance, new expectations will be set and the bar will be raised. X-Leaders know that they always will be expected to outperform the ordinary competitor and deliver consistently better results.

As I always remind my teams, “the reward for doing good work is more good work to do”.
